Because our design process is directly linked to cost of production we grant one free design with one revision if your order goes to production. If multiple revisions or a different design are needed or if your order does not go to production you will be charged for design time.
Estimates given on any job will be valid for 30 days unless special circumstances occur. Our estimates are based off of materials, machine time, construction and installation. Any changes made to your order will need a new or updated estimate before an invoice is finalized or production begins.
Shipping costs are not included in estimates and will be billed separately.
For orders $300 and under, full payment is to be paid before production begins.
For orders $300 or more a 50% non-refundable deposit will be paid before any production begins.
Cancelled orders will be handled on a case by case basis. If you need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible. We do offer partial refunds on orders that are cancelled. However, you will be charged on any design time, machine time, or material/stocking fees.
Production of an order generally takes two weeks from the time your payment clears, which is generally three business days after payment. Often, with larger projects we ask for two to four weeks. This is especially true for jobs with metal fabrication or heavy construction.
Rush orders are an option for most orders. However, high quantity items in an order may prevent this from being a possibility. Rush orders are required to be paid in full before production begins along with a rush order fee. Orders that are deemed *RUSH* will have the material shipped overnight.
In terms of shipping please keep in mind the travel time. We can make a certain ship date but we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens after your order makes it to UPS/FedEx/USPS.
